For a long time, LUGA was simply an idea we kept coming back to.
Until eventually, we stopped talking about beginning.

No guarantee that any of this would work.
But we realised something: waiting until everything feels right can mean waiting forever.
So we chose to start with what we had.
For us, LUGA represents that decision — turning uncertainty into movement, conversations into action, and an idea into something real.
Not because we knew exactly where it would take us.
Because we wanted to find out.
